Babysitting (2014)

Looking for a baby-sitter for the night, Marc Schaudel entrusts his son Remy to the care of his employee Franck, a straight man. But the thing that Marc doesn't know, is that Franck is getting 30 years old this weekend and that his son Remy is a very capricious child. The next day, Marc and his wife Claire are awakened by a call from the police. Remy and Franck are missing, and the house is totally devastated. The police finds a camera in the leftovers. Marc, Claire and the police start watching the video that has been recorded the day before during the night and find out what happened to Franck and Remy.

Royal writer Janek and Princess Amalka think mainly of various pranks and horseplay. Celebration is held at the castle and everything seems splendid. In that moment a dark cloud appears in the form of three wealthy visitors led by highborn Mr. Dietrich. Weird theft of their chest full of precious stones puts events into motion and Janek is accused of it. To save his life he must disappear. Amelia, whose hand is claimed by Dietrich as compensation for stolen treasure, follows him soon. Together they must find the true culprit of the theft which roots go deep into the past. In doing so, they both find themselves becoming more and more closer and love soon appears. But the pursuers are on their heels…

Jan Hrebejk's Pupendo shows the difficulty of life in Czechoslovakia during the 1980s. Artist Bedrich Mara is unable to find much secure work due to his public antagonism toward the ruling Communist Party. He has a wife and two children. Life begins to change when art historian Alois Fabera begins working on a piece about Bedrich, leading to a job offer from a Party official. Things are looking up, until the wrong people hear portions of the historian's writing.
