Royal writer Janek and Princess Amalka think mainly of various pranks and horseplay. Celebration is held at the castle and everything seems splendid. In that moment a dark cloud appears in the form of three wealthy visitors led by highborn Mr. Dietrich. Weird theft of their chest full of precious stones puts events into motion and Janek is accused of it. To save his life he must disappear. Amelia, whose hand is claimed by Dietrich as compensation for stolen treasure, follows him soon. Together they must find the true culprit of the theft which roots go deep into the past. In doing so, they both find themselves becoming more and more closer and love soon appears. But the pursuers are on their heels…
