Phoenix and Natalie give Rachel and Sharon a challenge: if the two local girls enter and win the upcoming All Hong Kong Women’s Volleyball tournament, Mrs. Bu will revise her plans to further develop the area. Sharon and Rachel feel they don't have a chance to win the tournament. Their uncle then Tao teaches the girls kung fu skills that they apply to volleyball.

Through a series of mishaps, Daisuke, his pal and fellow diver Tetsuya (Sato Ryuta), and the two passengers end up trapped on the ship, as the water seeps in from below and the flames roar above.
The Coast Guard swings into action to save this quartet, but despite the presence of dozens of Guardsmen, the rescue operation does not go smoothly. Who can save them?

Each of the three men separate into rooms with their selected ladies of the night, Nagisa (Saori Hara), Nonoko (Asami) and Kaori (Mint Suzuki). The trio of men are unaware of the brothel's mission to sexually torture customers.
