Mr Tsui is a social worker specializing in patients with mental disorder. One day Tsui successfully pacifies a psycho Doggie who is behaving lunatic at street market. A columnist Miss Lau accidentally watches the whole process. It attracts Lau to take psychiatry as her new topic. Then, Lau partners with Tsui for work in order to gather information. During the patient visits, Lau meets many psychos, such as Dr Sham, an old woman residing at building alley, Chung living at blockhouse and Tsuen getting insane caused by missing his son…
