Vražda v hotelu Excelsior / Murder in Hotel Excelsior (1971)

It all begins one night in a luxury hotel Excelsior where you can meet husbands Matousovi and Janikovi, German Kirchmayer, waiter Pepi, pianist Kroft, mysterious Persian diplomat Mohammed Rasul Zade and of course the hotel manager Arne Hnizdo. They all very soon become suspicious from murder of Dana Matousova. In charge of the investigation is inspector Bruzek of the famous "death party", and when the case proves more complicated than it seemed, he will be joined by his colleague Bouse and their boss, Senior Councillor Vacatko. Another story of The Sinful People of Prague.

The Death of Black King (the title devises both to chess play and to murder of Mr Král (in English King)) is the last of four movie-continuators of TV series Sinful People of Prague, the famous cycle of mysteries from the first decades of Czechoslovakia. In this full-length movie criminologists investigate strange murder of "debt-collector" Král. The crime is complicated – there are many suspicious and many other lesser serious misdoings.

The Matches of a Beautiful Dragoon is full-length picture consequent on a successful TV series The Sinful People of Prague. It is a serial of criminal cases investigated by a group of detectives from the time of the First Republic. In this movie investigators looks for the murderer of one old lonely lady from peripheral Prague quarter. The suspicious is young and beautiful dragoon Rudi, coming son-in-law of the local commissar. But he is entangled to another crime!
