The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show is an annual fashion show sponsored by Victoria's Secret, a brand of lingerie and sleepwear. Victoria's Secret uses the show to promote and market its goods in high-profile settings. The show features some of the world's leading fashion models such as current Victoria's Secret Angels Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio, Doutzen Kroes, Candice Swanepoel, Lily Aldridge, Lindsay Ellingson, Karlie Kloss, Behati Prinsloo and Elsa Hosk as the newest Angel. The show featured musical performances by Ed Sheeran, Ariana Grande, Hozier and Taylor Swift. For the first time there were not one but two fantasy bras, the Dream Angels Fantasy Bras. They're worn by Alessandra Ambrosio (her 2nd) and Adriana Lima (her 3rd) and worth US$2,000,000 each.

The 2014 BRIT Awards were held on 19 February 2014. It was the 34th edition of the British Phonographic Industry's annual pop music awards. The awards ceremony was held at The O2 Arena in London, presented by James Corden for the fourth consecutive year. Arctic Monkeys and One Direction both won the most awards, winning two awards each. A new glossy black finish design statue designed by fashion designer Philip Treacy was presented for the first time.
