Johan Falk accompanies a dead mobster's wife down to Latvia to which try to solve a mystery that has eluded him for three years. At the same time a Latvian mafia grouping of picking up hidden and forgotten Soviet military containers from the water-filled pits a piece from there. Containers filled with weapons. And everything should be up to Sweden!
