Uncovering the secret of a malevolent spirit that’s been controlling a horde of zombies – and the building's CCTV system – Sid and Sarah are thrown into a fight for survival, as reality and fantasy begin to merge and events become twisted into a sick movie, one that's playing out on a bank of television screens high-up in their tower block. When the vengeful ghost possesses Sarah's mother, however, evil suddenly takes on a familiar face.
