Wenny Has Wings / Ano sora wo oboeteru (2008)

A happy family's world is turned upside-down when an accident injures their son Eiji severely and kills their daughter. Eiji is left with survivor guilt and his parents don't quite know how to deal with the tragedy and move on as a normal family again. Meanwhile, Eiji can't find a way to tell his parents about the near death experience he had in the moments following the accident and is forced to deal with it in his own way.
