Sarah has just moved into a block of flats, somewhere she hopes to start a new life, away from her abusive mother. Settling nicely into her new home, Sarah strikes up an unconventional friendship with Sid, a squatter. When a friend of Sid's goes missing, Sid and new girl Sarah soon unearth a series of strange deaths and disappearances, all connected to the tower block. Uncovering the secret of a malevolent spirit that’s been controlling a horde of zombies – and the building's CCTV system – Sid and Sarah are thrown into a fight for survival, as reality and fantasy begin to merge and events become twisted into a sick movie, one that's playing out on a bank of television screens high-up in their tower block. When the vengeful ghost possesses Sarah's mother, however, evil suddenly takes on a familiar face.
