Nevinnost / Innocence (2011)
Drama | Thriller
Another feature film written by Petr Jarchovský and directed by Jan Hřebejk is slowly being born. Shooting started in late August in Prague and its three-day final stage took place at Máchovo jezero (Mácha’s Lake). Audience will have the opportunity to enjoy completed movie for the first time at Berlinale in February next year. The plot brings out a contemporary drama and – as the title suggests – it’s going to be a study about man’s guilt and innocence. Unexpected twists and turns in the story will reveal secrets from the past, viewers may look forward to seeing Ondřej Vetchý, Aňa (Anna) Geislerová or Luděk Munzar as main characters. As the unit, once again, has not changed much since the last shooting, Bystrouška is not missing, represented by Michal Holubec with his Black Mary and Honza Skála operating the mikes. Michal relied on standard well-proven equipment. The only exception is Lectrosonics wirelesses, which have recently become popular with the guys from Bystrouška. Octopack – a system featuring four two-channel receivers with robust design and compact form factor considering the options it provides – facilitates work in somewhat frantic rhythm of shooting on spot. Shortly after the shooting is finished, Michal will take the recorded material back to the Bystrouška studios, where intensive sound postproduction works will take over. So, to be on the safe side, we are now replenishing our coffee reserves…
