Pierre Leduc is a man whose expectations have hit rock bottom. In is late 30s he teaches Eastern European literature in a Quebec University. He is roused by a call for help from his father, suffering from a terminal cancer. He wants to leave Pierre his fortune, amassed dishonestly in real estate. Pierre refuses the money, because he doesn't want any part of the ill-gotten gains. Soon after, a teenager knocks on Pierre's door: it is his daughter, Adèle, whose mother he had abandoned before the girl was born. Pierre denies being her father, but Adèle eventually convinces him. Soon, the reunion with his daughter revives Pierre's will to live. But the past will come back to haunt him.

Fanny loves Marius and is expecting his child, but he has abandoned her and run away to sea without knowing about the baby. Curious little penguin Pororo and his friends accidentally cause an airplane to make an emergency landing in their home of Pororo Village. On the airplane are some turtles being shipped to Northpia to deliver ice sleds, or racing ice cars. Nevertheless, Pororo and his friends believe that the turtles are racers, and the turtles end up giving the gang at Pororo Village some lessons and passing on the championship spirit. In the end, Pororo and his friends follow the turtles to Northpia to participate in the race. Upon arriving at icily beautiful Northpia's race, Pororo and his friends wind up unlikely front-runners, ahead of the polar bears, and make it to the finals. However, a more complicated course awaits Pororo and his friends- as does their strongest adversary yet.
