Johan Falk accompanies a dead mobster's wife down to Latvia to which try to solve a mystery that has eluded him for three years. It Johan finds downstairs in a cottage outside Riga shock not only himself but also the Gothenburg police special unit GSI's new chief Sophie Nordh and the former head of Patrik Agrell. At the same time a Latvian mafia grouping of picking up hidden and forgotten Soviet military containers from the water-filled pits a piece from there. Containers filled with weapons. And everything should be up to Sweden!

A young rånarliga who has specialized in robbing security guards in shopping centers raging in Gothenburg.
