Dixie, postman and music fanatic from South Wales, has always dreamed of discovering a great band. One day, trawling through YouTube he finds them: 'The Premature Congratulations'. He hunts them down and offers them his management services. They're young, arrogant, sexy and utterly magnificent. Putting their demo on a cassette tape, innocent, wide-eyed Dixie embarks on a rollercoaster ride through the most 'infamous' industry of them all, as he heads out onto the streets of London. His partner and his sanity through it all is his soul mate, Michelle. Every day's a battle for Dixie, totally broke and working for nothing to get gigs for his beloved band, whose egos grow with their stardom. The more successful 'The Prems' get, the greater are the chances of Dixie losing them. Dixie must decide what his real priorities are in life: his love of music, or his love for Michelle.
