Once the undisputed champion of badminton in Hong Kong, Ng Kau Sau has long been banished from the court thanks to her fiery temper. She never expected to pick up a racket again, until she meets Dan, Chiu and Kun, three recently freed criminals who are hoping to turn their lives around with badminton. Spurred on to return to the sport, Kau Sau teams up with perpetually drunken savant Champion Chik to coach the three ex-cons to victory in a badminton tournament for the ages.
