    i tried to download the black butterflies. i was averaging 45 kb/s i'm so sick of netload.  they won't answer any emails or correct the problems.  i believe you sent me the email of your friend at netload but he won't respond to any emails i send.  i guess they know we don't have many choices so they can be real a—–.  i have not been able to download anything from your site for the last few days.

      first of all, the guy whose email address i gave to you isn’t my friend. i talked to him via email before. and he helped me a couple things. so i thought he might be a decent guy.
      secondary, he didn’t reply my emails either. that’s weird. i don’t know what’s going on.

      and i am very sorry for your unpleasant experience with netload.in.
