    NO REPLY from extmatrix support. (that´s why i was asking any info to site)
    Im from sao paulo/brazil, and using jdownloader.
    (just for your info. netload for me (also w/jdownloader) have maximum speed I have. . 
    each download tried was measuring something like 13kbps !!!! imagine that!

      hi, did you try IDM? as far as i know, JD has core bug that it doesn’t support multi-threads download with ExtMatrix. this bug has been officially confirmed by JD. so i guess that’s the reason why you get very bad speed.

    tell me something, second month that i am paying for ExtMatriz, and as premium user should have a decent spped.  Wrong! is the worth i am using ,any change to upload to Nelload  ? as per you suggestion ? 
    With Extmatriz premium user i cannot download anything decently.
    pls advise

      hi, regarding the speed problem, have you contacted extmatrix’s support? what did they say? on my side, i usaually get more than 20 MB/s (not Mb/s) with my French server. since you asked, would you mind telling me your location, and which download manager you are using?
